May. 14th, 2026 07:00 pmsince the summer started i've been trying to get back into properly exercising more; my freshman year of college i got into jogging for a bit since my dorm was near a bridge, so i would jog across some of it for 1-2 days out of the week and it really helped w/ my stamina!! unfortunately once finals started i got too busy to do jogging and once the break started i couldnt back into it ;_; but this summer ive been exercising a lot more often, focusing more on building strength+stamina in my core and upper body. i did a plank for 1 minute yesterday and my abs are sore as hell today but i guess me being able to do it for a minute as opposed to 30 minutes means i gained strength! also have been doing curls and pushups for my biceps... i wish i could like actually lift weights but it lowkey freaks me out i'd need a spotter lol. maybe at some point i'll get a friend or like my dad or something to come to the gym w me
